By the way, about redka(black radish).
Clean the skin and grate it using manual medium-small grater. Grate good juicy carrots in the same grater. Mix them together in equal amounts.Let it stand for about 30 minutes to get the ether oils to evaporate. Add a little bit of salt and use real mayo as a dressing.
It is delicious salad!
