THIS IS A BAD CAT!

And it explains why I had to reattach part of the curtain to the curtain rings the other day.

This is after I pulled her down from there. I had to stand on a chair and then climb on the window sill.

THIS is a good cat.

This is still a bad cat. But it is cute.

Well she is adorable even if rascally and wicked!! She seems to have totally recovered from her hysterectomy! I bet Cat-O is jealous of her climbing skills! xov

Me thinks you must purchase a scratching post asap. I can just see her deciding that the curtains might be fun to shred.

Naughty animals are difficult to love. Paradoxically, that just seems to make you love them all the more fiercely.

I do have a scratching box and Crooky is the only cat who uses it. It is her one redeeming feature.

They are both gorgeous little beasts!

What a climber. I hope she did not get to the curtain rod by climbing up the curtains.

She is no longer sporting her blue post-op get-up.

You have nice windows.

Any news on the washer/dryer?

She went right up the curtain. They are very heavy velvet (for black out during the long days). Thankfully she is so light.

She took off her little dress herself earlier in the week.

Washer/DRYER due to be delivered this afternoon and installed tomorrow morning!

What a naughty cat Crooky was!

Yeah, you'll be washing and drying all evening once your new machine is delivered and installed.

I can imagine how blackout drapes are necessary with (1.) the long hours of daylight in the spring and summer and (2.) any drafts that might sneak in from the windows during the cold winter months.

This morning Crooky pulled the curtain almost off the wall . . . it was hanging by two hooks and the rod is . . . well, compromised. I didn't hear when that happened. Then she went exploring among the luggage on top of a big wardrobe in the walk-in closet we call the Lieutenant's Room.

I hate this teen-age phase.

Yeah, these rebellious teenagers...but it will be a while before you can send her off to college so you had better get used to her! It's a good thing your kids are so good!! xov
